One of our professional surveyors will carry out a free home survey, where they will measure your roof and work out which solar pv system would best suit your home.
A technical survey will then be carried out, which includes an assessment of your roof, electrical consumer unit and loft rafters, and placement of the battery and inverter.
When it’s time to install the panels, firstly we will have scaffolding constructed around your roof. We will then attach roof anchors to give the panels a strong, stable foundation, then secure the solar panel mounts. The mounts ensure the panels stay in place and help to position them at an optimal angle.
Once we’ve done this prep work, it’s time to install the solar panels. We’ll then wire the panels to the inverter, and connect the inverter to the consumer unit. If you’ve opted for a battery, we will then connect the inverter to this. Once it’s all done, we’ll test the soal pv system to ensure everything is running smoothly.
