Case Study

Peter is the manager and caretaker at Bispham Community Centre. The building was built in the 1960’s and is not very well insulated.

It previously had a mixture of gas heating and blown hot air and the bills were high. We installed ELKATHERM® electric radiators which Peter controls on an app so that users of the building can’t tamper with the set up. The community centre enjoys lower running costs now and much greater user convenience than it did over 5 years ago when we first did the project.

We now save money - and we have our temperature set to what we want and when we want. It just runs like a dream!
